You will be notified of a booking either via text and/or email. If you are Instant book, the reservation will automatically be sent to you. If the booking is a request, you will receive a text and/or email and you will have 24 hours to approve or decline the reservation before it expires.
For bookings, If you choose email, please use an email address that is regularly checked for messages, like one that goes to the front desk or to an account that's used daily for business. Once a request comes in, there is a window of 24 hours to approve or decline before it expires. This is why it's important to use an email that is regularly monitored.
For bookings, if you choose text, please use a phone number that is connected to a cell phone that can receive texts, and that they go to someone that has full access to the claimed account so that they can approve or decline the reservation before it expires. Again, there is a 24 hour window to approve or decline a booking request before it expires.
