So, your Listing is all set up and you’re ready to start accepting bookings—that’s great! If your campground or private property is listed on other bookings platforms like Airbnb, Hipcamp, and VRBO, first we’ll need to sync your bookings calendars. This helps you keep organized and provides your availability to campers across all platforms to avoid double-bookings.

Before you start: Here’s how to locate your other bookings calendar: Airbnb
**Please note: As of 3/15/22, Airbnb’s Calendar Syncing FAQ page is out of date. We recommend following the instructions located at the end of this tutorial below**

1. How to import a bookings calendar to The Dyrt from my listing on another platform:
   On your desktop or laptop, go to the Manager Portal, select Calendar on the left-hand menu:
   
   
   
2. Select a Site from the drop down menu for which you would like to add a calendar (eg. Cabin A) 
   
3. Under the Import Site Calendar header, create a name for the calendar to help stay organized (eg. Tent #3, Airbnb Cabin):
   
   
   
4. Locate the external bookings calendar that you want to sync with The Dyrt 
5. Copy the calendar link
6. Return to the Site’s Calendar page in The Dyrt Manager Portal and paste or import the link into the External feed URL field:
   
   
   
7. Save the calendar by selecting Add Calendar:
   
   
   
8. Repeat this process for each of your Sites listed on The Dyrt

How to export my bookings calendar from The Dyrt to my listing on another platform

1. On your desktop or laptop, go to your Manager Portal, select Calendar on the left-hand menu:
   
   
   
2. Select a Site from the drop down menu for which you would like to export a calendar (eg. Cabin A):
   
   
   
   
3. Under the Export Site Calendar header, click Copy URL:
   
   
   
4. Locate the external bookings calendar that you want to sync with The Dyrt: Airbnb
   
5. Paste this URL in your external bookings calendar on the other platform’s dashboard
6. Repeat this process for each of your Sites listed on The Dyrt

* Special Instructions for Airbnb Calendar Import / Export

To export from Airbnb to The Dyrt

1. Select the Menu dropdown at the top center:
   
   
2. Select Listing:
   
   
   
3. Select Pricing and availability on the left-hand side:
   
   
   
4. Select Calendar sync:
   
   
   
5. Select Export Calendar:
   
   
   
6. Copy the link:
   
   
   

7. Continue with steps 7-9 listed in the Import bookings instructions above.

To import from The Dyrt to Airbnb:

Same as steps 1-4 above, then:

5. In the Dyrt Manager Portal, under the Export Site Calendar header, click Copy URL
6. Paste The Dyrt URL link in the Airbnb Calendar Address (URL) box 
7. In the Airbnb Name Your Calendar box, enter The Dyrt and site name
8. Select Import Calendar to save
