Google and Apple normally allow 3 days from renewal charges for refund requests, and this is up to the app stores, not The Dyrt staff.

For upgrades to PRO made via our website, you need to reach to us directly using the Support contact button on this page.
Please note the following:
For free trial users, the trial begins before you are charged, so there are no payments to be refunded during the trial period. However, all trials are on automatic auto renew, so if you wish to cancel to avoid charges, this must be done before the trial ends. It can be done anytime during the trial without losing access to the trial. It must be done/managed in the same place you subscribed: Apple, Google or the website.
Once a purchase is made via Apple, Google or our website, you will be responsible for the full payment.
