Google accounts (those that are subscribed and paid through Google) are only allowed a refund if the cancellation and request occur inside the initial 48 hour purchase. If the request is about a renewal (a purchase that is already a year old and is renewing for the first time) there are no refunds, at all, on renewals.

Website accounts (those that are subscribed and paid through www.thedyrt.com and not through Google or Apple) are only allowed a refund if the cancellation and request occur inside the initial 48 hour purchase. If the request is about a renewal (a purchase that is already a year old and is renewing for the first time) there are no refunds, at all, on renewals.

No refunds can be issued for any membership that is a renewal.

Apple requests must go through Apple. We do not have access to your Apple Account.
