Apple - If you used Apple App Store to subscribe and pay for our app, you must return to the App Store to request cancellations and refunds (inside your subscriptions). We do not have access to your Apple Account.
Per our Terms of Service -
Google accounts (those that are purchased and paid through Google) are only allowed a refund if the cancellation and request occur inside the initial 48 hour purchase (initial - first time purchase). If the request is about a renewal (a purchase that is already a year old and is renewing for the first time) there are no refunds, at all, on renewals.
Website accounts (those that are purchased and paid through www.thedyrt.com and not through Google or Apple) are only allowed a refund if the cancellation and request occur inside the initial 48 hour purchase (for a first time membership). If you manually entered your credit card number, then this is a website account. If you purchased and paid through any app store after starting on the website, then it is an app store purchase - see above.
Renewals - If the request is about a renewal (a purchase that is already a year old and is renewing for the first time or if you have had PRO in the past at any time) there are no refunds, at all, on renewals.
No refunds can be issued for any membership that is a renewal.
Apple requests must go through Apple. We do not have access to your Apple Account.
