Turning off auto renew does not cancel the membership access, it simply turns off the renewal at the end of the paid period so it will not charge again.

Renewal and "auto renew" are the same thing. Renewal settings and subscription details are not managed in the app - you must got to the app store you used for the original purchase. Or if you made the original purchase on our website - then it must be managed on the website www.thedyrt.com

If you purchased The Dyrt PRO through the website, you can turn off auto renew from your profile page. If you purchased The Dyrt PRO through the app, please go to the "Profile" tab in user settings which will link you to the correct app store to update your settings. If you are logged into the app with your PRO account then your account details will tell you where you signed up (Apple, Google or www.thedyrt.com)

If you used Apple to purchase PRO, then you need to log into the Apple App store to manage the subscription.

If you used Google to purchase PRO, then you need to log into the Google Play Store to manage the subscription.
