Why can't I access my PRO or free account? Follow
The bottom line: Make sure you are signed into the same user account on The Dyrt that you used to initially establish your PRO account. Potentially you created the account with Apple, Google or Facebook login, but now you are signed into a different account, in error. If this is the case, please navigate to the PROFILE>ACCOUNT and SIGN OUT. Then sign back in appropriately using the corresponding "Continue With" button.
If you have accidentally created two accounts and are signed into the wrong one (but don't use a sign in method mentioned above), please sign out the same way and then log back in with the alternate email and password for your account.
