How do I set a cancellation policy? Follow
Campground managers can choose from a menu of different cancellation policies. You can set a cancellation policy in the Listing section of your Campground Manager Portal. Here's how to find that:
- Sign in to The Dyrt with your username and password
- Go to the Manager's Portal on the upper right side
- Go to Sites
- Select the site that you want to change the cancellation policy
- Scroll down to Cancellation Policy and select from our options, including a customizable one.
- Select Save at the bottom
Policies to choose from include:
Very Flexible
Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel 24 hours or more prior to check-in.
If a guest cancels less than 24 hours before check in, there will be no refund.
Flexible
Guests will receive a full refund (minus The Dyrt fees) if they cancel at least 3 days prior to check-in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 3 days before check in, there will be no refund.
Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel 24 hours or more prior to check-in.

Flexible
Guests will receive a full refund (minus The Dyrt fees) if they cancel at least 3 days prior to check-in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 3 days before check in, there will be no refund.
Moderate
Guests will receive a full refund (minus The Dyrt fees) when they cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check in, there will be no refund.
Strict
Guests will receive a full refund (minus The Dyrt fees) when they cancel at least 15 days prior to check in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 15 days before check in, there will be no refund.
Strict 30
Guests will receive a full refund (minus The Dyrt fees) when they cancel at least 30 days prior to check in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check in, there will be no refund.
Super Strict 30
Guests will receive a 50% refund (minus The Dyrt fees) when they cancel at least 30 days prior to check in. If guests cancel within the first 48 hours after their booking has been confirmed, they will also be refunded the Dyrt fees. If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check in, there will be no refund.
No Refunds
Guests will receive no refund once this booking is confirmed.
