What happens if I don't respond to a booking request within 24 hours? Follow
If you don't respond to a booking request within 24 hours, the request will expire. Response rate is an important factor in campers trusting campground managers. Please make sure to respond to every request you receive within the 24 hour window!
You can update your booking request notifications here:
- Sign in to The Dyrt with your username and password
- Go to the Manager's Portal on the upper right side
- Click on your settings tab at the bottom of the Manager Portal
- Update your Email, Phone Number, and Mobile Phone Number
- Select how you would like to be notified of booking requests (email, text or both)
- Select Save
