What is the Manager Portal? Follow
The Manager Portal is the Dyrt's hub for campground managers & owners. From updating your campground contact info to setting up commission-free bookings, see below for all the available tools.
*Note: The Manager Portal is only available on thedyrt.com, and cannot be accessed through the app at this time
- Dashboard - Here you will see the remaining steps to become bookable on the Dyrt, all functions in the Manager Portal can be found on the left.
- Bookings - View & manage all upcoming, pending & past reservations here.
- Property Details - This includes almost all of the info that shows on your campground page to users on the website & app. You can edit details like: Amenities, Contact Info, Seasonality and more.
- Sites - Sites are required to enable bookings, as each site will have important details like occupancy, additional instructions & pricing. You don't need to add every site at your campground, but add any that should be bookable on the Dyrt. Note: If you use a Property Management Software (ex. Newbook & Resnexus), the sites will be added through those connections.
- Calendar - This is where you can view upcoming bookings for each site & setup calendar sync to avoid double bookings. Users are able to book campsites immediately with the option to offer Instant Bookings. You can also enable Request to Book if you prefer. Campground managers that enable Instant Book will no longer have to tediously review and approve booking request, saving time and making the booking experience so much better for campers.
- Photos & Videos - In this section, you can upload photos & videos, add captions & set a featured photo for your campground.
- Pricing - Easily manage existing rates across your campground, setup pricing rules or enroll in the PRO Member Discount Program.
- Payouts - Create or connect an existing Stripe Account for payouts from the Dyrt.
- Guest Reviews - View & respond to recent reviews from guests.

Settings
- Bookings: Switch between Instant & Request Bookings or disable bookings with the toggle. You can also change the minimum age or reservation cut-off window.
- Manager Profile: This is where you can edit your internal contact info, this is shared with campers after they make a reservation and how the Dyrt will contact you if needed.
