We know things happen and we are here to help and answer questions! You can reach us through the "Account" tab of your profile page within your app. There is the "Support" chat on this help page in the bottom right corner. You may also access this support page on the thedyrt.com website by scrolling to the bottom of the home page to the Support link below the "Meet The Dyrt" section or through your profile icon on the website where there is a Support option available once you have clicked your profile icon.
If you are unable to solve your problem using our support page articles and FAQ, you may prompt the support page chat to submit a support ticket to our support team. We recommend asking for a 'live agent' or 'human support' in the chat. You should then be prompted to enter your name and email. Our support team will then be able to reach back out to you as soon as they are available to do so.
