Changing your password is easy!

If you already know what your password is and just need to change it, please go into your profile in app or on the web, navigate to your ACCOUNT inside your profile, and you'll see the option to update your password.

If you have forgotten your password, please click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button on the sign in screen and follow the prompts. Please note: the response email you get to reset the password will be sent to the email address we have on file for PRO. It may also end up in your spam folder. If all else fails, please reach to us directly using the support contact buttons and we can assist in a manual reset for you.
