All trials are on automatic auto renew by default no matter where you subscribe (Apple, Google or our website), which is standard in the app industry. If you love The Dyrt PRO, you don’t have to do anything and your trial will automatically convert to an annual membership at the end of the trial.  If PRO isn’t for you, you can simply go into your account before the trial is over and cancel your subscription.  You’ll still have PRO until the trial period is over, and then your account will revert back to the free version.

You do not need to wait until the last day of the trial to cancel - you can cancel anytime and not lose the trial access.

For cancelling a trial or subscription:  You must turn off auto renew in the same place you subscribed. You must be signed into your app store (Apple or Google) or your online account (website) to see your settings for this purpose.

• Apple subscribers (you checked out through the App Store) - you will need to go into your subscriptions in the Apple App Store to cancel (turn off auto renew)
• Google subscribers (you checked out through the Play Store) - you need to go into your subscriptions in the Google Play Store to cancel (turn off auto renew)
• Web subscribers (those who checked out and manually entered a credit card on our website checkout flow) need to log into your profile on our website at www.thedyrt.com (not in the app) and open the account settings on the web to turn cancel (turn off auto renew)

**NOTE: You must cancel in the same place you checked out. If it was through an app store then you. must cancel through that same app store.
