If you are a PRO member, when you book a campground that's on our site (not linking you to an outside source like rec.gov) the booking fees will automatically be waived if if you are either logged into your PRO account when checking out, or if you sign up for PRO during the checkout process. You will automatically see your discount applied during checkout.

If you do not see the booking fee waived and you think you have a PRO account, please ensure you are logged into your PRO account and not a free account you may have created in error.  Only PRO member accounts have booking fees waived. If you are charged a booking fee and you know you are a PRO member, then you were not signed in when you went through the checkout process. Please reach to support to inquire about assistance.
