I am a PRO member but still paid booking fees when I reserved a campground. Why? Follow
If you are a PRO member with an active membership and you paid booking fees, it's highly likely you were not signed into your PRO account when you checked out. Some users have more than one account, in error, and this causes confusion. You must be signed in with your PRO account (sometimes attached to a sign in method like Google or Apple or FB) in order for our system to recognize the membership and waive the booking fees.
If you were charged booking fees in error due to the scenario above, we'll need to cancel your current reservation and have you re-book after you have signed in with your PRO account.
