If you are certain you are a PRO member, but you don't see the PRO map options, or they appear to be locked, you are likely logged into an account that is not PRO.  Some users accidentally have more than one account (a free account and a paid account).  Please make sure you are logged into the paid account to see the PRO options.

Please keep in mind:

If you signed up for PRO using Apple, Google or Facebook "sign in" methods, then anytime you log back in (or are asked to do so - or don't see your PRO features) then try the sign in methods.

**If you are in a free account and need to sign out: PROFILE>ACCOUNT>SIGN OUT

Then, you can try again - and please try all three if you don't remember which you used.
