There are several ways you can be notified of booking requests: text and/or email
If you choose email, please use an email address that is regularly checked for messages, like one that goes to the front desk or to an account that's used daily for business. Once a request comes in, there is a window of 24 hours to approve or decline before it expires. This is why it's important to use an email that is regularly monitored.
If you choose text, please use a phone number that is connected to a cell phone that can receive texts, and that they go to someone that has full access to the claimed account so that they can approve or decline the reservation before it expires. Again, there is a 24 hour window to approve or decline a request before it expires.
To double your chances of not missing a thing, you can do both!
