After you have enabled Instant Book or Request to Book in your Manager Portal, and are ready to receive campers, you want to make sure you set up payments through our secure payment processing platform, Stripe.
When you are logged into your Manager Portal, you will see the following page on your dashboard.
Click on the green "Continue" button to the right of "Set Up Payments" and you will see the following page:
As a private land owner, "Configure as Individual" should be sufficient but if you operate under a business license or LLC, you will want to "Configure as Business". As a part of the process, you will be asked for your Campground/Business name and an EIN. If you have a smaller property without and EIN or registered name, you may use your name, instead of a a business name, and you may use your Social Security Number in place of an EIN.
After you set up your Payouts in Stripe, you will be paid via direct deposit into your bank account each Monday after a stay has been completed. Stripe takes 2.9% for a processing fee + $0.30 (30 cents). The Dyrt does not take a commission from your bookings.
