You can search for campgrounds while offline in the same way you do while online. But make sure you have the offline map downloaded, or it won't show up or searchable at all. In the app, you need to select the Profile icon at the bottom. There you will find the map data you have loaded or want to load. Make sure to do this before every "offline" trip as campground maps change and update often and need to be re-loaded to your phone.
