If you are currently a member of The Dyrt PRO and you do not see an indication on the website or app that you are PRO (a red notification that says "PRO"), the problem is often because you need to sign out and back in for the app to recognize your new PRO status and subscription. You will have to do this on any other devices where you use PRO as well.
Potentially, you might be using a different email address to log in than the one you used to purchase The Dyrt PRO. Apple will often turn your "Apple ID" email address into a private relay for safety. So if you have used Apple ID on the app to sign in, you will need to use Apple ID sign in on the web as well (coming in September of 2020!)
