The bottom line: Make sure you are signed into the same user account on The Dyrt that you used to initially establish your PRO account. Here are two common scenarios that may apply to you:
Scenario 1: Did You Sign In Using Apple, Google or Facebook vs. Email?
If you normally sign into The Dyrt with Apple, Google or Facebook, sign out* of The Dyrt and make sure you sign back in with Apple, Google or Facebook.
Do these scenarios apply to you?
- You normally sign in with email, but when you upgraded to PRO you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook
- You normally log in with Apple, Google or Facebook, but when you upgraded to PRO you signed in with an email address.
If so, try signing into the account you used when you upgraded to PRO.
Scenario 2: Dig You Sign In With A Different Email Address?
If you use more than one email address, please make sure that you sign in to your account on The Dyrt with the email address that you originally used to establish your PRO account.
