Here are two common scenarios that may apply to you.
Scenario 1: Did You Log In Using Facebook vs. Email?
If you normally log into The Dyrt with Facebook, log out of The Dyrt and make sure you log back in with Facebook.
Do these scenarios apply to you?
- You normally log in with email, but when you upgraded to PRO you logged in with Facebook.
- You normally log in with Facebook, but when you upgraded to PRO you logged in with an email address.
If so, try logging into the account you used when you upgraded to PRO.
Scenario 2: Dig You Log In With A Different Email Address?
If you use more than one email address, please make sure that you log in to your account on The Dyrt with the email address that you originally used to establish your PRO account.
