We are generally available (except holidays) 7 days a week from 9 to 5pm Pacific USA
Our team prefers email since that way, we can give you written instructions for things like account log in details, where to find things on the app, etc and then you have those for future reference. Often users forget when we simply tell them on the phone, and if you have it in written form, you can refer to it any time of day or night, even when it's late and you are in your pajamas!
Our team generally answers question and tickets same day, often within hours of your request. Unless it's a holiday and then it may be a bit longer. But our staff is super responsive and we'll do our darnedest to find you quick answers, quick solutions and quick help if at all possible.

2. Clicking on your profile icon will offer you a choice for "Support" on the web.
3. A link in the footer of every web page will bring you to this support page again.
